For Mathematics Education, students need HSE, Grade 12, or PCL with Mathematics major carrying at least 200 marks.

For Health and Physical Education, students need HSE, Grade 12, or PCL with Health and Physical Education, or with Science, Population, Home Science, Nursing, or other accepted subjects. Students without a Health and Physical Education background must pass a physical fitness-related entrance test conducted by the respective campus department.

For Population Education, students may come from backgrounds including Population Studies, Geography, Economics, Health and Physical Education, Community Health, Science, Mathematics, Home Science, Civics, Social Service, Nursing, or Commerce.

For Geography Education, Economics Education, Political Science Education, and History Education, students with HSE, Grade 12, PCL, or an equivalent qualification from any faculty may apply.
