The BBS program follows the annual system. Final evaluation is conducted through the annual examination of the Office of the Controller of Examinations, Tribhuvan University. Students need at least 70 percent attendance to appear in annual examinations. Theory, practical, and project components must be passed separately. The grading divisions are Third Division, Second Division, First Division, and Distinction.
