Students without a health and physical education background must pass the physical fitness-related entrance test conducted by the respective department.

  • Population Education: HSE, Grade 12, or PCL with Population Studies, Geography, Economics, Health and Physical Education, Community Health, Science, Mathematics, Home Science, Civics, Social Service, Nursing, or Commerce.

  • Geography Education, Economics Education, Political Science Education, and History Education: HSE, Grade 12, PCL, or equivalent from any faculty.

For minor subject selection, minor areas are open to students regardless of their Grade 11, Grade 12, or PCL study area, except Science Education minor in Biology. Biology minor is for students majoring in Physical Science.
