Course Structure
The BA program of Tribhuvan University is a four-year course under the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences. It is designed as an interdisciplinary program. Students study compulsory subjects and also select major and elective areas within the BA stream. The course carries 2,000 marks in total, with 500 marks in each year. Students choose two major subjects of 700 marks each and two elective subjects of 100 marks each. The compulsory subjects are English, Nepali, and Nepal Studies.
