Bhakunde Literature Festival 2082 Concludes

The ‘Bhakunde Literature Festival 2082’ has concluded in Waling, Syangja. The festival was organized to coincide with Ward Dashain and Navadurga Puja celebrations.

The event took place at the Shiv Parvati Temple in Bhakunde, Waling Municipality–10, during the ongoing Shrimad Devi Bhagwat Mahapurana Gyan Yagya. According to Arjun Prasad Khanal, Chairperson of the Navadurga Puja Management Committee, the literary program was organized on this special occasion.

Participation of Writers and Artists

Festival coordinator Milan Samir shared that writers active in different literary genres recited their creations during the event. The festival was organized on Thursday evening under the initiative of the literary movement “Bikalpik Bato Prithak Paila Srijanatmak Abhiyan 2076” in coordination with Syangja.

Recitations by Genre

  • Muktak Recitations: Bishnu Pangeni Pande, Parishwar Nyaupane, Dolraj Dumre Bikalpa, Hari Pangeni, and Shobhakant Regmi presented their muktak compositions.

  • Ghazal Recitations: Ajit Kafle, Guruprasad Dhakal, Khagendrajung Thapa, and Narayan Nyaupane recited ghazals.

  • Poetry Recitations: Ananta Aryal, Basanta Khanal, Chandikaprasad Bhattarai, Bodharaj Nyaupane, Dhruvaprasad Sharma Pangeni, Dilip Tiwari, Dhalbahadur K.C., Indraprasad Pathak, Kamala Adhikari Sigdel, Khagendra Aryal, Narayanprasad Regmi, Prembandhu Subedi, Raju Gaihre, Shambhu Aryal, Suresh Pangeni, Pooja Regmi, Budha Samdhi, Laxmiprasad Regmi, Pawan Adhikari, and Nikhilnarayan Regmi recited poems.

Storytelling and Gyan Yagya

A story recitation was performed by Pandit Prakash Tiwari. The ongoing Gyan Yagya will continue until the 15th, according to Bishnu Subedi Gaihre, Vice-Chairperson of the Organizing Committee.
