According to the semester and annual examination system from June 15, 2020, to June 14, 2021, only students who have passed the undergraduate, postgraduate and M.Phil levels and obtained the transcript and only those who have completed the doctorate (Ph.D.) level within the same period can fill it.
Students wishing to participate in the 47th Convocation Ceremony organized by Tribhuvan University by completing the above-mentioned level and taking Twanscript should come to Tribhuvan University Examination Control Office, Balkhu from 21st of Bhadra 2078 to 20th of Ashoj 2075 to apply.
