The Province Public Service Commission, Karnali Pradesh, Surkhet, Exam Conduct and Management Branch has announced the establishment of an examination building through advertisement no. 620-621/622-624/2079-80 for the 5th level Health Services Physiotherapy/Medical Recorder Group, Physiotherapy Assistant/Medical Recorder Supervisor post.
Notification for Candidates: Examination Dates, Times, and Centers
The Commission has also announced the dates, times, and examination centers for the competitive written examination of all candidates who have applied online through detailed advertisement no., service, group, and post. This announcement is for the information of all concerned.
Important Information for Candidates
Candidates are advised to take note of the following important information while preparing for the examination:
Admit Card and Identification Requirements: Candidates must bring their admit card and a complete certificate of Nepali citizenship or any identity card issued by the government of Nepal with a photograph to the exam center. No candidate will be allowed to participate in the exam without these documents.
Exam Hall Restrictions: The examination hall has restrictions on carrying bags, mobile phones, and other electronic items. Candidates must only bring pen/dot pen with black ink for the exam.
Examination Schedule: Even if there is an unexpected holiday on the day of the examination, the examination will not be postponed without prior notice from the Commission. Candidates must arrive at the exam center one hour before the start of the exam.
