Special Rules and Instructions Prescribed by the Commission

1. Candidates must use only a dot pen or pen with black ink on the answer sheet.

2. No candidate will be allowed to sit for the examination without an admit card. Candidates must bring their admit cards and arrive at the examination building at least one hour before the examination begins.

3. Bags, mobile phones and other electronic devices are prohibited inside the examination building.

4. Even if an unexpected public holiday falls on the examination date, the scheduled examination will not be postponed without prior notice from the Commission.

5. For objective multiple-choice questions, only answers written as A, B, C or D in English capital letters will be accepted.

6. Candidates must bring the admit card issued by the concerned body along with their citizenship certificate or another photo identification document issued by the Government of Nepal.

7. In accordance with Rule 68 of the Public Service Commission Regulations, 2079, candidates requiring a writing assistant must personally visit the office conducting the examination and submit an application at least 10 days before the examination.
