PSC Kathmandu Publishes Kharidar Second-Stage Written Examination Centres
Kathmandu. The Public Service Commission, Kathmandu Office (Examination Branch), Anamnagar, has published a notice designating the examination buildings for the second-stage written examination for the post of Non-Gazetted Second Class (Non-Technical), Kharidar or equivalent. Issuing the notice on 19 Shrawan 2083 BS, the Commission published the examination schedule and centres for candidates who passed the first-stage examination with Kathmandu as their examination centre.
For the examination to be conducted under Advertisement Nos. 11910–11915/082–83 (Open and Inclusive) through the integrated examination system of the Judicial, Administration, and Federal Parliament Services, candidates requiring a scribe must submit an application with supporting evidence to the office at least 10 days before the examination begins, in accordance with Rule 68(1) of the Public Service Commission Regulations, 2079.

Mandatory Instructions for Examinees

Even if an unexpected holiday falls on the examination day, the examination will not be postponed without prior notice from the Commission and will be conducted according to the scheduled programme.

Candidates must use only a black-ink ballpoint pen in the answer booklet.

Bags, mobile phones, smartwatches, and other electronic devices are prohibited inside the examination building.

No candidate will be permitted to sit for the examination without an admission card. Candidates must bring their admission cards and arrive at the examination building at least one hour before the examination begins.

Candidates must bring their citizenship certificate or another photo identification document issued by the Government of Nepal along with their admission card.

Candidates will not be permitted to sit for the examination at any examination building other than the one assigned to them.
