Agricultural Development Bank Publishes Office Assistant Promotion Result
Kathmandu. The Manpower Management Department, Head Office of Agricultural Development Bank Limited, has published the result of promotion through work capacity evaluation. The bank’s Recruitment Committee made the decision on 2083/02/30 and published the promotion recommendation notice.
The promotion has been made for the posts that became vacant as per the approved employee positions in the bank’s annual strategy and budget for FY 2082/83. As per the notice published on 2082/11/01, the post of “Office Assistant” under Advertisement No. 6/2082-83, Assistant Level, Level 5, Administration Service, is being filled through work capacity evaluation. The required number of posts for this position is 17.
According to the notice, among the candidates who became eligible by the end of Ashadh 2082, evaluation was carried out in accordance with Regulations 16, 17, 18, 19, and 20 of Chapter 2 of the Employee Service Regulations, 2062. The merit order has been maintained by calculating marks for performance evaluation, seniority of service, educational qualification, and work performed in areas classified on a geographical basis.
The seniority of the employees recommended for promotion appointment will be effective from the date of publication of the notice, 2083/02/30. For the purpose of Regulation 25 of Chapter 2 of the Employee Service Regulations, 2062, and in accordance with Sub-regulation (1) of Regulation 24 of the same chapter, the merit order of the result published by the Member Secretary of the Recruitment Committee for the information of all concerned is as follows:
