Call for Applications – Bloomberg Public Health Award of the Minister of Health
On the occasion of World No Tobacco Day, the Ministry of Health and Population, Government of Nepal, will confer the "Bloomberg Public Health Award of the Minister of Health" to six outstanding individuals or organizations.
The award aims to honor those who have made significant contributions in the following areas:

Reducing, controlling, or regulating the import, production, distribution, sale, and consumption of tobacco products

Raising public awareness against smoking and tobacco use

Supporting the implementation of prevailing tobacco control laws

Promoting tobacco regulation and behavioral change in society
Eligible candidates include:

Individuals
-
Journalists
-
Institutions
-
Law enforcement agencies
-
Government employees working in such agencies
