The National Examination Board has made arrangements to conduct the examination from the examination centers of different districts. Others have been barred from entering since the exams began. The head of the center and the inspector have also made it mandatory to test for fever and wear a mask.

The school will have to have a health center. Chairman of the Board Prada Poudel informed that all the preparations for the examination starting from today have been completed. "Question papers have already reached the mountainous and high hill districts. In the case of others, we will send the question papers online only after the students enter the examination hall," said Chairman Prada Poudel.

A separate cord has been arranged for all the centers to view the question papers. There is an arrangement to view the question paper according to the code number.

This year, the board has prepared different question papers according to the provinces including Upatyaka, Purvanchal, and Paschimanchal.

"We have prepared about five sets of question papers on compulsory subjects," said Chairman Prada Poudel. The board has made arrangements to give a separate examination to the students who have seen covid infection.

The board has stated that the examination will be conducted as mentioned in the examination procedure. Before the examination, all the provincial and liaison offices have already given instructions to all the central chairpersons on the working procedure through a virtual medium.

All security forces will be mobilized to stop the unrestrained activities. A control room has been arranged in the board for monitoring and supervising the examination. Board Chairperson Prada Poudel, Member Secretary Durga Aryal, Controller of Examinations Krishna Prasad Sharma, and officials of the three security agencies will inquire about the status of the examination from the room.

The examination will be monitored by the Provincial Examination Office, the Education Branch of the local body, and the District Education Coordinating Committee. The exam will be held from 8 am to 9.30 am. It will be operational from 9th Mangsir to 16th Mangsir. The board is going to conduct examinations for only 40 percent this year. Out of the remaining 60 percent, 40 percent marks will be added from the internal assessment of class 11 and 20 percent from class 12.

40 percent marks will be added to the assessment of class 12 by considering the thematic marks obtained in the theoretical side in the annual or grade increment examination of class 11 as 100 percent.
