Education Training Centre Dhulikhel Calls Teachers to Collect TPD Training Certificates
Kathmandu — The Education Training Centre, Dhulikhel, under Bagmati Province, has notified teachers who have completed Teacher Professional Development (TPD) training and one-month certification training but have not collected their certificates to receive their certificates or submit the required details.
As per the notice issued by the Acting Executive Director of the Centre on 2083/03/12, Friday, the concerned teachers must complete the prescribed process by the end of Shrawan 2083.
This notice has been published for teachers who completed the one-month TPD training conducted on various dates and times, either in three phases of M1, M2, and M3 modules; or in two phases of P1 and P2; or as a total of 30 working days comprising 15 days based at the training centre and 15 days based on project work.
According to the notice, teachers must do the following:
For Teachers Whose Coding Has Been Completed
Teachers who have completed training equivalent to 30 working days and whose coding has been received from the Center for Education and Human Resource Development must collect their certificates from the Education Training Centre, Dhulikhel.
The details of teachers whose coding has been received have been posted in the “Records” section of the Education Training Centre, Dhulikhel website: etc.mosd.bagamati.gov.np.
For Teachers Whose Coding Has Not Been Completed
Teachers who have completed the training but whose names are not listed in the records section of the Education Training Centre website, meaning those whose coding has not been completed, must submit an application to the Education Training Centre, Dhulikhel, to send their details for coding.
While submitting the application, teachers must mandatorily submit proof of training completion, either proof of completing the M1, M2, and M3 modules or, in the case of P1 and P2, the results. The received details will be sent to the Center for Education and Human Resource Development, Sanothimi.
Required Documents and Conditions
In both cases mentioned above, teachers must bring a copy of their citizenship certificate, a copy of their appointment letter, and two passport-size photographs of the concerned person when coming to collect the certificate or submit the application.
The Centre has clarified that if a teacher claims to have completed the training phases but the details of training completion are not recorded in the records book of the Education Training Centre, Dhulikhel, the certificate cannot be provided.
Instruction to Non-Governmental Organizations on Conducting Training
Through the same notice, non-governmental organizations conducting customized Teacher Professional Development training within Bagmati Province have also been instructed to conduct training only in coordination with the Education Training Centre, Dhulikhel.
