Kathmandu University 30th Convocation (Second Phase) – Application Form Notice
Kathmandu University has scheduled its 30th Convocation Ceremony (Second Phase) for Friday, 13th June 2025 (2082 Jestha 30). Students who have graduated from the following schools of the university by Jestha 8, 2082 (May 22, 2025) are eligible to participate:

School of Education

School of Engineering

School of Law
-
School of Management
-
School of Medical Sciences

School of Science
Graduates of PhD, Master's, and Bachelor's levels must submit an online application as per the details below.
Application Process

Visit convocation.ku.edu.np to fill out the online application form.

Applicants must also upload the bank voucher for the convocation fee and required documents through the same website.
Application Period

Applications can be submitted from Baisakh 28 to Jestha 11, 2082
(May 11 to May 25, 2025)
