MBS and MPA First Semester Exam Form Submission Notice

The Faculty of Management, Tribhuvan University, notifies all concerned that the First Semester Regular Examination of the following candidates will commence from the fourth week of Jestha 2082:

Students admitted to the Master of Business Studies (MBS) and Master of Public Administration (MPA) programs in 2081 (2025 A.D.)
-
Partial examinees (failed or absent) of the First Semester admitted between 2020 and 2024
Form Submission Deadline
Candidates must submit their forms in person to their respective campuses/colleges by 2082/02/11.
Campuses/colleges must submit the collected forms to the Examination Control Division of the Faculty by 2082/02/14, along with the applicable fees listed below.
Examination Fees

Regular Exam Fee (per student per semester): NPR 1,500

Partial Exam Fee (per student per subject): NPR 300
Late Fee Structure

From 2082/02/12 (First 2 days): NPR 500 per semester per student

Next 2 days: NPR 1,000 per semester per student

Final 2 days: NPR 2,500 per semester per student
Forms submitted after the deadline or without meeting the requirements will not be processed. The detailed examination schedule will be published later.
Notes

For regular examinees, a copy of the Score Sheet of MBS/MPA AT 2025 must be attached.

For partial examinees, a copy of the Grade Sheet of the First Semester Regular Exam must be submitted. Otherwise, the form will be rejected.

Students must fill out the exam form in person at their campus/college. Any discrepancy in subjects will lead to cancellation of the form, and the responsibility lies with the student.

The internal evaluation list must be submitted along with the exam form. Marks must be included in the form as well.

Forms without internal evaluation will not be accepted.

The internal evaluation list must also be submitted via email (Excel format) to: [email protected]

Exam forms are available from the Examination Control Division or can be downloaded from www.fomecd.edu.np and printed on legal-size paper.

Exam fees must be deposited in the Nepal Bank Limited, Kirtipur Branch, Account No.: 045-001-00099066000001.

Separate original vouchers per program and semester must be attached with the form.
