The Secretariat of the Promotion Committee under the Office of the Chief Minister and Council of Ministers, Madhesh Province Government, has published a notice regarding promotion recommendations for employees of the Administration Service. Under the promotion system based on seniority and performance evaluation, three candidates have been recommended for the Assistant Fourth Level.
According to the decision of the committee meeting held on 2082.10.15, the list of candidates has been made public in accordance with Promotion Notice No. 93/081–82. Candidates have been recommended in order of merit for the post of Assistant Fourth (Non-Technical) under the Administration Service, General Administration Group.
The Secretariat stated that this notice has been published for the purpose of Section 38(1) of the Provincial Civil Service Act, 2077. In the recommendation list, Rupesh Kumar Yadav is ranked first, Sanjeev Kumar Chaudhary second, and Rakesh Kumar Yadav third.
