- Food Program for Education Project, Sanothimi: - To be circulated even in the lower and subordinate bodies.

In the present subject, from the letter of Challan No. 280 dated 2077-03-21 of the Ministry of Federal Affairs and General Administration (Organization Development Branch) after the staff adjustment, There is a situation where the projects of temporary nature which have been returned by some local levels without showing up and approved by the Government of Nepal have expired.
Also, according to the budget statement of the Government of Nepal for the Fiscal Year 077/78, the report of the Public Expenditure Review Commission, 2075 has to be implemented. As per c, due to the provision that no person can be appointed on a salaried or contract basis for the work to be done by the civil servants as per the decision of the Ministry on 2077-03-21 regarding the recruitment of contract / salaried employees. As per the decision of this Ministry dated 2077-03-25, it is requested to do so.
Details:
- Not to recruit new staff in contract / temporary service even in the temporary posts approved in all the ministries/commissions/secretariats/offices and any temporary projects of various temporary nature of the Government of Nepal.
- If there is a situation where the post cannot be filled as per point no. 1 and there is sufficient reason to fill the post through contract / temporary / salary; Consent of the Ministry of Finance regarding financial obligations and this Ministry regarding filling of posts.
