
Nayagaun Secondary School Honors SEE GPA 4.0 Achievers
Nayagaun Secondary School, located in Butwal-12, has honored its students who achieved a perfect GPA of 4.0 in the Secondary Education Examination (SEE).
Each of the three students—Samjhana Ghimire, Samipa Adhikari, and Raveena Adhikari—was awarded Rs. 51,000 in recognition of their academic performance.
The celebration involved not just the school but the entire local area. According to Principal Purushottam Bhattarai, teachers, students, and parents came together to share the joy. A parade was held starting from the school premises, passing through Nayagaun, Belbas, and Dhovaha areas.
A Milestone for the School
Principal Bhattarai noted that the achievement has drawn positive attention from all sectors in the western part of Butwal. He credited the success to the combined efforts of teachers, students, and parents.
He further stated that Nayagaun is steadily developing as an educational hub, with students achieving GPA 4.0 for three consecutive years.

During the award ceremony, School Chairperson Purushottam Basyal, Advisor D.R. Ghimire, and others emphasized the need for quality education in today’s time.
Vice Principal Bishnu Prasad Kafle shared that since the school began focusing more on quality learning, many parents from the Nayagaun area have started enrolling their children there.
School’s Growth and Academic Strength
According to teacher Ram Prasad Banjade, the school currently runs classes from nursery up to Grade 12 and has a total of 1,500 students.
Prakash Bhattarai, from the administration department, informed that this year 158 students appeared in the SEE from Nayagaun Secondary School.
