Nepal Medical Association Central Election Notice 2082
According to the Nepal Medical Association (NMA) Constitution, 2047 (with amendments) and the Nepal Medical Association Election Regulations, 2070 (with amendments), the central executive committee election program for the term 2082–2085 has been published through the official website www.nma.org.np.
The election includes the following positions:

President – 1

Senior Vice President – 1

Vice Presidents – 7 (one from each province, also serving as Provincial Coordinators)

General Secretary – 1

Treasurer – 1
-
Deputy General Secretary – 1

Deputy Treasurer – 1

Members – 6
In total, 19 central executive members will be elected. Additionally, elections will be held for 60 members of the Nepal Medical Association Council.
Important Notes
Membership Requirement
Doctors wishing to participate in the election must have obtained lifetime membership from the central office or branch office of the Association by 5:00 PM on Saturday, Mangsir 13, 2082. Those acquiring membership after the deadline will not be eligible to participate in the election.
General Members
General members (Nepali citizens) must also obtain a lifetime membership within the same deadline.
Voting Eligibility
Doctors who do not hold lifetime membership in the Nepal Medical Association will not be allowed to vote in the election.
Submission of Member List by Branch Offices
All branch offices of the Association must send the list of doctors who have obtained membership at their respective branches to the central office by Mangsir 17, 2082. Lists received after this date will not be included in the voter registration.
Central Executive Committee Obligation
The central or branch offices must provide the final list of doctors who obtained lifetime membership within the prescribed time frame to the Election Committee by Mangsir 24, 2082.
