Nepal Police Notice for Absent Personnel 2082
Government of Nepal, Ministry of Home Affairs, Nepal Police Headquarters, Naxal, (Inspector General’s Secretariat, Legal Branch), Notice Regarding Attendance.
This notice is published for the police personnel listed below who have remained absent from their respective offices from the specified dates without official approval. Despite repeated attempts to contact them and after following the process under Rule 115(2) of the Nepal Police Regulations, 2071 (with amendments), they have not made any contact with their respective offices.
All listed personnel are hereby instructed to appear in person at this office or the concerned issuing office within seven (7) days from the date of publication of this notice (excluding travel time) and submit a satisfactory written clarification explaining the reason for their absence.
If they fail to appear and provide an acceptable explanation within the given time frame, action will be taken under Rule 113(1)(cha) of the Nepal Police Regulations, 2071 (with amendments), leading to their dismissal from service as per Rule 109(b)(1). This collective notice also serves as an opportunity for the concerned personnel to clarify their position as mentioned in Schedule 14, Part 4 of the same regulations.
