Urgent Notice from Nepal Nursing Council
Registration Requirement
As per the provisions of the Nepal Nursing Council Act, 2052 and the Nepal Nursing Council Regulations, 2065, the Council has been issuing registration certificates for individuals who have completed studies in ANM, Proficiency Certificate/BSc Nursing, and Midwifery to practice the nursing profession.
Unrecognized Courses Abroad
It has come to the attention of the Council that advertisements are being circulated on various social media platforms regarding programs such as the Diploma in Nursing Assistant Course and others conducted outside Nepal. The Council expresses serious concern over these misleading promotions.
Eligible Study Programs
Only individuals who have completed studies in ANM, Proficiency Certificate/BSc Nursing, and Midwifery are eligible for registration with the Nepal Nursing Council. Those who have studied other programs will not be registered.

This information is hereby notified to parents, students, and all concerned stakeholders to avoid confusion regarding registration and eligibility.
