Ratna Rajya School Issues Urgent Teacher Notice

Shree Ratna Rajya Secondary School, located at Nagarjun Municipality-7, Ramkot, Kathmandu, has issued an extremely urgent notice asking a teacher who has remained absent for a long period to report to duty.
The school published the notice on Monday, March 16, 2026 (2082/12/02 BS), directing a Secondary School Third Class teacher to appear with an explanation.
According to the notice, Anju Kumari Chimariya, a Secondary School Third Class teacher working at the school and a permanent resident of Hetauda Sub-Metropolitan City-8, Kamane, Makwanpur, Nepal, had her extraordinary leave expire on July 28, 2025 (2082/04/12 BS). Even after the leave period ended, she did not return to the school.
The notice states that, in accordance with the decision of the School Management Committee, the school informed her through letters and email on three different occasions. However, she has still not reported to duty.
Notice Details
The school has instructed the concerned teacher to report to the school within 15 days from the date of publication of the notice, along with an explanation for her continued absence.
The notice further states that if she fails to report within the given period, action will be taken in accordance with Section 16 "Nga", Sub-section 5 "Ga" of the Education Act, 2028 (as amended).
