TU FoHSS Urgent Notice on College Affiliation Renewal
The Dean’s Office of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Tribhuvan University, Kirtipur, has published an urgent notice regarding the renewal of affiliation for colleges.
Through the notice published on 2082/12/24, campuses that missed the affiliation renewal process have been requested to submit their applications.
According to the notice, community and private colleges that have received affiliation from Tribhuvan University to run MA, BCA at Tribhuvan University, BA, and PGD programs under the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Tribhuvan University, must renew their affiliation.
For bachelor-level programs, affiliation must be renewed up to the end of Asar 2086. For postgraduate-level and Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) programs, affiliation must be renewed up to the end of Asar 2084.
Previous Notice and New Deadline
A notice for affiliation renewal had previously been published in Gorkhapatra on 2082/08/25.
According to that published notice, campuses that were left out of the renewal process within the prescribed time may now submit their applications by the end of Baisakh 2083, as stated by the Dean’s Office.

The application form required for renewal can be downloaded easily from the official website of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences: fohss.tu.edu.np.
The notice also states that further information on this matter can be obtained by contacting the Dean’s Office.
