Bangladesh BSc Data Science Scholarship Application Open
The Ministry of Education, Science and Technology has invited scholarship applications from Nepali students to study BSc in Data Science at the undergraduate level at United International University (UIU) in Bangladesh.
The ministry has sought applications to nominate students for two seats provided by the university in Dhaka, Bangladesh, with a 100 percent tuition fee waiver. The Ministry of Education decided to open applications on Baisakh 17, 2083, based on a letter received through the Embassy of Nepal in Dhaka and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
According to the ministry’s notice, the two scholarship seats received under Rule 10(a) of the Scholarship Rules, 2060, will be distributed on an inclusive basis. Of these, one seat has been allocated under the open category and one seat under the women category.
Application Deadline and Process
Eligible and interested students must submit their applications online within office hours on Friday, Baisakh 25, 2083 (May 8, 2026).

Minimum Eligibility
Students wishing to apply for this scholarship must meet the following requirements:

Must have passed Grade 12.

Must have obtained the entrance result or score card after passing the entrance examination for the undergraduate Data Science program conducted by the School of Mathematical Sciences under the Institute of Science and Technology, Tribhuvan University.

As per the letter sent by the university, students must submit scanned copies of the following documents for nomination:
