Civil Servants' Children Scholarship Notice
The Government of Nepal, Ministry of Federal Affairs and General Administration (MoFAGA), Singha Durbar, Kathmandu, through the Secretariat of the Educational Incentive Scholarship Management Committee, has published an urgent notice inviting applications for the Educational Incentive Scholarship for the children of civil servants. Online applications have been requested from eligible candidates for the scholarship to be provided in the current fiscal year 2025/26 (2082/83 BS).
According to the Directive Relating to the Provision of Educational Incentive Scholarships to the Children of Civil Servants, 2078 (with First Amendment 2079), students studying at the bachelor’s level in domestic universities in Nepal or in constituent or affiliated educational institutions of such universities may apply. For this, applicants must be studying in the first year of a bachelor’s degree, or in the first or second semester.
Eligible children who meet the prescribed qualifications must submit their applications within 15 days from the date of the first publication of the notice, attaching the required documents and details. Detailed information related to filling out the application form has been published on the ministry’s website.
Applicants must submit an online application (Online Application) in the format prescribed in Schedule 1 of the Directive through www.santati.mofaga.gov.np, addressed to the Secretariat of the Educational Incentive Scholarship Management Committee, Ministry of Federal Affairs and General Administration, Singha Durbar.
