1) If the "Institutional sponsorship seat" goes vacant, it will be transferred to the "Open Category".

2) In the case of a sponsored candidate, the stipend should be borne by the sponsoring institution. Interested candidates can apply to the PANS Academic Administrative office by 06 January 2023 from the date of the notice.
