- Application Fee: Rs. 300/- for each advertisement. An additional fee of Rs. 100/- for each inclusive group.

- Physically fit and passed a minimum of eight classes from a recognized institution.

- Male: Height - 5 Feet, Chest - 31-33 inches, Weight - 50 Kg, Eye test - +2 to -2, No color recognition defects.
- Female: Height - 5 feet 2 inches, Chest - Not specified, Weight - 42 Kg, Eye test - +2 to -2, No color recognition defects.

- 200-meter race
- 3000m race
- Climbing trees and swimming
Special Instructions for Inclusive Group Applicants:
Candidates applying for inclusive group posts must provide specific documents at the time of application and bring original copies during the physical fitness test and interview. These include:
- Certifications for tribals/tribes, Madhesi, and candidates with disabilities.
- For backward areas, proof of permanent residence and current residence.
