Kathmandu University Teaching Assistant Vacancy 2026

The Department of Biotechnology under the School of Science at Kathmandu University (KU) has invited applications for the position of Teaching Assistant (TA) on a contract basis.

According to the notice published on November 2, 2026, the university requires three Teaching Assistants, targeting recent graduates. Students who have achieved outstanding academic results (toppers) in the B.Tech. in Biotechnology program at Kathmandu University are particularly encouraged to apply.

Position Details and Required Qualifications

• Position: Teaching Assistant (TA)

• Number of Vacancies: 3 (Three)

• Academic Qualification: Completion of a four-year B.Tech. degree.

• Required Skills: Experience in instrument handling, operation, maintenance, and laboratory instructions.
