Koshi Pradesh Lok Sewa Aayog (Province Public Service Commission PPSC, Koshi Province) Advertisement of internal inter-service competition, inter-local level competition, and open and inclusive competitive written examination for technical and non-technical authorized level ninth-level posts of various service groups under Province civil service.

The following services, groups, sub-groups, and level positions (internal inter-service, inter-local level, open and inclusive) in the Province civil service are to be filled through competitive examination, so applications are invited from the candidates who have qualified as follows. Candidates who meet the prescribed minimum qualifications should apply through the commission's online application system psconline.p1.gov.np. The conditions of service, and salary and other facilities will be under the prevailing law.

Examination fee:- Rs.2,000/- (In case of candidates applying in additional advertisement for the same service/group post or inclusive group, the application fee is Rs. 500/- for each additional group)

Last date of Submission of Application:- 2081/01/16 and double payment till 2081/01/23.

Level: Ninth

Place and method of submission of application fee:- Directly through the online application system of Application Fee Commission or Master ID and business reference no. The mentioned bank voucher can be printed and cash can also be paid from the specified bank.

Application fee submission period:- The prescribed examination fee or double fee must be submitted by 2081/01/24 at the latest.

Mode of Application:- For all the advertised posts, the application has to be submitted through the online system only. Detailed information regarding the method/method of submission of the application online can be viewed at psconline.p1.gov.np.

Candidate's age limit:- Completed 21 years of age till 16/01/2081 and not exceeding 45 years. There is no age limit in the case of permanent employees of civil service, Province civil service, and local government service.

Documents to be submitted:- The candidate should upload the minimum educational qualification, training, experience, business permit certificate, inclusive group opening document including the documents specified in the respective advertisement in the designated place of the online application system in PDF format. All candidates have to scan both parts of their Nepali citizenship certificate and upload it in JPG format at the designated place.

The candidate should be fully responsible for the details mentioned in the application.

Pre-Interview Examination Program and Date and Place of Interview:- Notification will be published when the results of the written examination are published.

Required Minimum Educational Qualification:

For inter-local level competitions and open and inclusive competitions:

  1. Officer, Level 9, Province Engineering Service, Civil Group, Building and Architecture sub-group: At least a Master's degree in Architectural or Civil or Building Structural or Town Planning or Structural or Quantity Survey or Urban Planning from a recognized educational institution.
  2. Officer, Level 9, Province Engineering Service, Civil Group, Irrigation Sub-Group: Civil Engineering or Water Resources Development or Hydrology or Water Use Management or Structural Engineering or Water Resources Engineering or Hydrological Engineering or Land and Water Development or Hydro informatics or Irrigation Engineering from a recognized educational institution and Management or Water Engineering or Infrastructure Planning or Hydrology and Water Resources or Hydraulic Engineering Tropical Water Management or Civil and Municipal Engineering or Construction Management or Applied Geomorphological and Engineering Geological Survey or Water Resources Management or Engineering Survey or Geotechnical Engineering or Natural Resource Management or At least Master's Degree in Hydraulic Engineering.
  3. Officer, Level 9, Province Engineering Service, Civil Group, Sanitary Sub-Group: At least a Master's Degree in Civil Engineering or Sanitary Engineering or Public Health Engineering from a recognized educational institution.

  5. Officer, Level 9, Province Agricultural Service, Agri Eco, and Marketing Group: Minimum required for Gazetted Grade III (Official Level VII) Graduated from a recognized educational institution with a master's degree (MSc Agri) in Agriculture Economics or Agriculture Marketing or Agriculture Finance or Resource Economics or Agri-Business as the main subject.
  1. Officer, Level 9, Province Agricultural Service, Plant Protection Group: Minimum educational qualification required for gazetted third grade (7th level of official) and passed Master's degree (MSc Aggr) in crop protection from a recognized educational institution or equivalent.
  2. Officer, Level 9, Province Forest Service, General Forestry Group: Silviculture or Forest Resource Measurement (Forest Mensuration) or Forest Resource Survey or Land and Watershed Management or Wildlife Conservation/Management or Protected Forest Area Management or Agroforestry Management in Forestry from a recognized educational institution Or Master's degree in Forest and Environment Management or Forest and Climate Change or Natural Resource Management or Biodiversity or equivalent.
  3. Officer, Level 9, Province Education Service, Education Administration Group: Accredited Master's Degree in Education.
  4. Officer, Level 9, Province Health Service, Health Inspection Group: Master's degree in public health from a recognized educational institution or Bachelor's degree in Ayurveda and Allopathy from a recognized educational institution (Bachelor of Ayurvedic and Modern Medical and Surgery) Master's degree in public health or equivalent Obtained the equivalent degree in the field of health.
  5. Officer, Level 9, Province Administration Service, General Administration Group: Passed Master's Degree in Arts, Sanskrit, Management, Administration, Education, Commerce, Business, Law, or Science from a recognized educational institution.

Additional Information for Inter-Local Level Examination:

  1. For competition in the inter-local competition of the ninth level, the employees working in the eighth level will be able to increase the level from the seventh level and become candidates.
  2. According to the prevailing law, there should be no suspension or the suspension period has ended.
  3. According to the prevailing law, the departmental punishment should not have been suspended or the period has expired.

Notification for Internal Interservice Examination:

  1. In the ninth level internal inter-service competitive examination, employees who have attained the specified educational qualification for the services, groups and sub-groups of the service, group and sub-groups of the service, groups and sub-groups who have been promoted from the seventh level to the eighth level can be candidates.
  2. According to the prevailing law, there should be no suspension or the suspension period has ended.

Notice for Open and Inclusive Examination:

1) Should not be disqualified according to section 16 of the State Civil Service Act, 2079.

2) The written examination of the first phase, open and inclusive, will be held on the same (sitting) date and time.

3) The results of the candidates selected from the open and inclusive written examination will be published in alphabetical order.

4) Based on the inclusion groups mentioned by the candidate in the application form, the inclusion group of the candidate will be established according to the prevailing rules of the Commission.

5) The program will be decided in such a way that the candidates who are selected in the open and inclusive group and more than one inclusive group from the written examination, In Basket Exercise and interview will participate in the In Basket Exercise and interview only once. The score of In Basket Exercise and Interview will be calculated in all groups (open and inclusive) in which the candidate has passed.

6) The merit order obtained after all the tests and the priority order of the service/group/subgroup chosen by the candidate will be recommended for appointment.

a) Special instructions for candidates applying towards Inclusive Group:

Candidates who want to apply for the posts towards the inclusive group should prepare the following documents at the time of application and submit the application. After being selected for the interview based on the results of the written test, you will have to bring the originals of such documents along with self-attested copies while coming for the interview. If the mentioned documents are not maintained at the time of application, the application may be canceled at any time.

(a) In the case of Adivasi Janajati: Based on the same list in the case of castes listed in the Nepal Adivasi Janajati/National Foundation For Development of Indigenous Nationalities Act, but if there is more than one surname within the caste listed in the Nepal Adivasi Tribes Upliftment National Foundation Act, the chief on the recommendation of the head of the local level concerned. A document certified by the district officer as a surname within the listed caste.

Note:

(a) To apply for all the posts in the provincial health service, the business permit certificate must be obtained and registered with the relevant business council.

(b) In the case of advertisements requiring a period of experience, the minimum period shall have been completed by the last date of receipt of application for the respective post. (c) The period of double duty shall not be counted for the purpose of age, educational qualification, period of experience and other qualifications.

(d) As there is no provision for being eligible to become a candidate for the same level post, the application of such a candidate will not be accepted (according to section 9 of the State Civil Service Act, 2079).

(e) Applications which are not submitted within the specified period or do not meet the minimum qualifications or other specified details are not disclosed or the prescribed fee is not submitted will not be accepted.

(f) Candidates requesting an assistant writer should contact the office of the commission at least 7 (seven) days before the commencement of the written examination. Otherwise, the commission will not be obliged to provide an assistant writer.

(G) Candidates who pass the written test must submit the certificate of educational qualification, certificate of Nepali citizenship, certified copy of service experience if required by the head of the relevant office, and copy of the documents mentioned for the candidate applying inclusively and openly before giving the In Basket Exercise and interview. Duplicate copy must also be submitted.

(h) Must have attained the prescribed educational qualification within the last date of application (2081/01/16). Candidates who have studied in foreign institutions must have their qualifications determined by the relevant body. ) In the case of candidates who cannot submit due to time limit, if the examination result has been published by the concerned university within the last day of submission of the application form and the relevant student from the concerned university or educational institution has passed all the examinations of the said degree within that period (all years / If the candidate submits a letter detailing the completion of exams, thesis, practical and other requirements of the semester and the marks sheet of all the semesters, such candidate will be considered to have fulfilled the minimum qualification.

(j) While submitting the online application, the candidate must compulsorily indicate the category and service group cluster for which he/she is applying.

(j) Candidates have to update their mobile number and email address while filling the form online. The candidate's form acceptance/rejection details will be informed directly through mobile phone or email, if the concerned candidate is unable to participate in the examination due to wrong mobile number and email address, the relevant candidate will be responsible for it.

(k) Once the advertisement number and examination center have been selected, the advertisement number and examination center should be selected with confidence as there will be no revision.

(l) Candidates must use only black ink in the examination, otherwise the answer sheet will be cancelled.

(d) The details regarding the minimum educational qualification required for the post of applicant can be viewed while filling the online form.
