IT SUPPORT SPECIALIST - 1 (One)
Required Qualifications and experience:
- Bachelor'sdegteeivinformation Technology or equivalent
- Written and verbal communication slags in English
- 2 years of experience in networking hardware and software troubleshooting
- Experience with a variety of operating systems, business applications, and collaboration tools
- Team player with strong communication skills
Responsibilities include
- Work with and support the Lincoln School community's use of technology in a multi-platform environment (macOS, iOS, Windows) mostly at a tier II level
- Support the management of the daily operations of the IT department
- Support and monitor the utilization of IT with the Lincoln School community
- Maintain and upgrade the existing network as necessary
- Assist in the development and maintenance of customized documents and webpages
- Assist with the installation and maintenance of hardware (including printers and projectors)
