Province Public Service Commission Lumbini Province, regarding the advertisement of open and inclusive posts of assistant fourth-level non-technical posts under the local level

According to the decision of the Provincial Public Service Commission, Lumbini Province, Assistant 4th Level (Non-Technical) posts are vacant as per details under the local level. And since the post has to be filled through an inclusive competitive examination, applications are invited from the qualified candidates through online means. Candidates who meet the specified minimum qualifications should apply (online) through the Commission's electronic application system www.ppsconline.lumbini.gov.np. Promotional information is placed on the Commission's website at www.ppsc.lumbini.gov.np.

Type of Examination: As prescribed in the syllabus, (Written Examination, Computer Skill Test and Interview).

Second Stage: (Only candidates who have passed the first stage examination will be eligible to participate in the second stage examination.) Along with the publication of the results of the first phase, the timetable of the second phase examination will be published on the Commission's website https://ppsc.lumbini.gov.np/.

Medium of Examination:- The medium of examination will be Nepali or English or both Nepali and English.

Mode of Application:- The application should be submitted through the Commission's electronic application system ppsconline.lumbini.gov.np. Detailed information about the method of submitting the application is available in the User Manual on the same website. Candidates have to ensure that the personal details are correct while filling the application form electronically. Candidates have to mention their mobile number and email address while filling the details.

Application fee:- Application fee is Rs. 400 (four hundred) will have to be submitted. In the case of candidates applying in advertisement towards additional groups and inclusive groups, for each group Rs. 150/- (one hundred and fifty) additional fee will have to be paid.

Method and place of submitting the application fee:- After submitting the form through the Commission's online application system, payment should be made by choosing one of the Online Payment or Offline Payment options. Candidates who make online payment can make payment using any of the wallets kept in the Commission's electronic application system. Candidates who make offline payment should select one of the banks specified in the same system, print the voucher and submit it to the respective bank. The application form must be submitted by 25/02/2081. Detailed information about this is in the User Manual placed on the website.

Last date for submission of application:- 2081/02/17th and double fee till 2081/02/24th.

Candidate's age limit:- Completed 18 years of age till 2081/02/17 and not exceeding 35 years in case of male candidates and not exceeding 40 years in case of female and disabled candidates.

Documents to be submitted:- There is no age limit in case of permanent employees who are selected and recommended by Public Service Commission and Provincial Public Service Commission at Union, Province and local level.

Candidates submitting the application should fill in all the details as requested and upload the front and back of their citizenship, a recent passport size photograph and signature in JPG format. In addition, the minimum educational qualification certificates, transcripts, documents showing inclusion details in the case of candidates applying in the inclusive group must be scanned and uploaded in PDF format at the specified location. If the document is not uploaded in the specified format, the admit card will not be printed, so you have to upload the file in the specified format. If you do not submit the application according to Section 13 of the Provincial Public Service Commission's Operational Guidelines, 2077, or if you submit incorrect information, the application will be canceled at the time of submission or at any time after, so please take special care while filling the application form. Details of the work to be done in the position:- As prescribed by the local level according to the prevailing law.
