Type of Examination: Written, Group Discussion/Computer Skill Test and Interview.

Examination Center: Kathmandu.

Place of Submission of Application: Office of National Broadcasting Grid Company Limited, Butwal Power Company (BPC) Building, Buddhanagar, Kathmandu.

Documents to be attached: The candidate should attach a copy of the educational qualification and citizenship certificate as well as the inclusive group opening document if necessary. If the applicant has acquired educational qualifications from other countries than Nepal, he must also submit a copy of the certificate of equivalency. The submitted documents must be verified by the candidate himself.

Last date of submission of application: 2081/01/27 and double fee can be submitted till 2080/02/03.

Age limit of candidates:

• In case of 7th level posts, 21 years of age till 2080/01/27 and not exceeding 35 years but not exceeding 40 years in case of women and disabled candidates.
• In case of fifth level post, completed 18 years of age up to 2080/01/27 and not exceeding 35 years of age but not exceeding 40 years of age in case of women and disabled candidates.

Examination fee:

For each advertisement, the examination fee has to be submitted as per below. In the case of candidates who apply in additional advertisements towards inclusive groups, they will have to submit additional fees for each additional group.

Minimum Qualifications:-

According to Regulation 17, they should not be disqualified and should have acquired the following educational qualification.

1) For Administration Service, Administration Group, Level 7, Officer (Administration) Posts:- Graduation or equivalent in any subject from a recognized educational institution.

2) For Administration Service, Administration Group, Level 7, Officer (Accounts) Post: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in one of the core subjects of

Management, Business Administration or Economics from a recognized educational institution or a Bachelor's degree and Chartered Accountancy degree in any subject from a recognized educational institution.

3) Engineering Services, Civil Group, Level 7, For the post of Engineer: Graduate or equivalent in Civil Engineering from a recognized educational institution.

4) Engineering Service, Electrical Group, Level 7, For the post of Engineer: Graduate or equivalent in Electrical Engineering from a recognized educational institution.

5) For the post of Engineering Services, Miscellaneous Group, Level 7, Engineer (Survey): Graduation or equivalent in Surveying or Geomatics Engineering from a recognized educational institution.

6) For the post of Engineering Service, Miscellaneous Group, Level 7, Officer (Environment):- Graduation in Environmental Engineering from a recognized educational institution or Master's degree in Environmental Science or Environmental Management or equivalent.

7) For the post of Administration Service, Administration Group, Level 5, Senior Assistant (Administration):- Passed Secondary Level Class 12th (SLCE) or equivalent from a recognized educational institution.

8) For the post of Administrative Service, Administration Group, Level 5, Senior Assistant (Accounts): Management, Business Administration from a recognized educational institution or Passed Secondary level 12th (SLCE) or above in any core subject in Economics.

9) For Engineering Services, Civil Group, Level 5, Sub Engineer Posts: Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized educational institution or Passed Secondary Level Class 12th (SLCE) or equivalent.

10) For Engineering Services, Electrical Group, Level 5, Sub Engineer Posts:- Diploma in Electrical Engineering from a recognized educational institution or Passed Secondary Level Class 12th (SLCE) or equivalent.

Note:

1) Candidates with disabilities must attach a copy of the disability identification card issued by the Social Welfare Council or a copy of the disability identification card issued by the relevant local level stating the classification of disability according to subsection (3) of section 4 of the Act on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2074. After being selected for the interview based on the results of the written test, when coming for the interview, you should bring copies of such documents along with self-attested copies.

2) Examinations conducted on the basis of open and inclusive competition under each service will be conducted jointly at one sitting.

3) Candidates filling the form in the inclusive group should fill the first page of the application form separately for each group as per the advertisement. Also, the candidate must disclose the details of the types/groups for which they are candidates in the admit card in the prescribed format, but only one roll number and admit card will be provided. Candidates who do not disclose the required details will not be included in the examination.

4) Candidates applying in more than one group will submit only 1/1 copy of each of the required documents to be submitted by them.

5) The period of double duty shall not be counted for the purpose of age, educational qualification, and other qualifications.

6) Applications that are not filed within the specified period or do not meet the minimum qualifications or other specified details are not disclosed or the prescribed fee is not submitted will not be accepted.

7) Must have attained the prescribed educational qualification within the last date of submission of application. Candidates who have studied in foreign institutions should have their qualifications determined by the relevant authorities.

8) The final authority to accept or reject the application will be vested in the Recruitment Committee.

9) Candidates must use only black ink in the exam. Otherwise, the answer sheet will be cancelled.

10) In the case of matters not included in the presented notice, it will be in accordance with the Company's Employee Service Conditions and Facilities Regulations, 2074 and other prevailing laws.
