Eyesight Parameters
- For candidates using glasses: Eyesight should not be weaker than ±2.0 dioptres.
- For candidates under military technical service: Eyesight should not be weaker than ±2.5 dioptres.

BMI (Body Mass Index)
- Must be between 16 to 27, applicable to all candidates regardless of gender.
Other Qualifications:
- Must meet the Body Mass Index (BMI) requirements and pass a medical examination.
- Candidates should not have a criminal record, especially not for crimes indicating moral corruption.
- Applicants must not be actively involved in any political parties or groups with a subversive purpose.
- There should be no history of dismissal from service for reasons that would disqualify one from future government service.
- Compliance with the rules and regulations as outlined in various Soldier Service Rules and Admission Selection Guides is mandatory.
Age Limit for Applicants:
- For All Posts:
- Men: Must be 18 years of age and less than 29 years of age.
- Women: Must be 18 years of age and less than 30 years of age.
Date and place of submission of application:
(a) Date of application: From 2080/08/22 to 2080/09/21 and double fee submission will be 7 more days from 2080/09/22 to 2080/09/28. The application must be submitted within the office hours of that period.
(b) If the last date falls on a public holiday, the online application form can be submitted on the day after which the office opens.
(c) Location: Central Recruitment Selection Center of Nepal Army, Swayambhu.

Application fee: After submitting the application form, Rs.1,000.- (one thousand) for all posts should be deposited in Shree Nepal Bank Limited account number 0010100000001001001 (office code 345013513 and revenue title no.14224) and its gross receipt and copy copy 1/ 1 (one/one)
application form should be submitted along with it. If more than one group applies in the same advertisement, additional registration will be charged at the rate of 20% for each group.
Guidelines for Military Service Candidates and Application Procedures
Military Service Candidates:
- Eligible military personnel can apply up to three times, provided they meet the necessary educational qualifications and have completed basic military training.
- Endorsement by the unit head is required for the application.
- A minimum of one year of service should be completed by the application deadline, set for 2080/09/21.
Document Submission Requirements:
- Certificates and Documents: Self-attested copies of the following documents are to be submitted in a Nepali file:
- Certificate of Nepali citizenship.
- Educational certificates at all levels, character certificates, and provisional certificates.
- Equivalence certificate for degrees obtained from non-Nepalese boards and universities.
- For Descendants of Disabled or Deceased Soldiers:
- Verification and submission of documents related to the military service and incapacitation or death of the Nepalese soldier parent.
- Photographs:
- Four recent passport-size photographs and one 2x2 size photograph per application.
Important Dates:

Selection Process Overview:
