Registrar Application Call – Nepal Engineering Council
Government of Nepal, Ministry of Physical Infrastructure and Transport, Public Notice Regarding Appointment of Registrar.
As per Sub-section (1) of Section 27 of the Nepal Engineering Council Act, 2055, applications are invited from qualified Nepali citizens for the post of Registrar at the Nepal Engineering Council.
Interested candidates must submit a formal application within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of this notice during office hours to the Infrastructure Development and Transport Division, Ministry of Physical Infrastructure and Transport, Singha Durbar.

Application forms are available free of charge at the Infrastructure Development and Transport Division, Singha Durbar, during office hours.
Eligibility Criteria for Registrar Applicants
As per the Nepal Engineering Council Act, 2055 and Rules, 2057, applicants must:

Be a Nepali citizen

Hold at least a bachelor’s degree in engineering from a recognized university.

Have a minimum of 10 years of experience in the engineering field in government or non-government organizations.

Be at least 35 years old and not older than 60
-
Not be convicted of offenses related to corruption, rape, money laundering, human trafficking, drug trafficking, organized crime, passport misuse, abduction, archaeological or protected wildlife crimes, or any other morally disqualifying criminal offenses.

Not be blacklisted under prevailing laws.

Not holding permanent residency in a foreign country

Not hold an executive post in any non-governmental organization
Documents to Be Submitted with the Application

Detailed personal bio-data, including educational qualifications, work experience, and contact details (email, phone/mobile, home or office address), with the candidate’s signature at the end of each page

Self-attested copies of Nepali citizenship, academic certificates, and documents verifying professional experience

A sealed envelope containing a business action plan not exceeding 5,000 words
