Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification: Applicants must hold a master's degree in fields such as management, banking, finance, economics, commerce, accounting, statistics, mathematics, business administration, or law.
- Experience: A minimum of 10 years of experience in the banking sector is required.
- Age Limit: Candidates should be between 35 and 65 years of age as of the last date of application submission.
Terms of Employment
- Contract Duration: The initial term of service is 1 year, with the possibility of renewal twice for 6 months each, based on performance and organizational needs.
- Examination Type: Selection will be based on the presentation of an action plan and an interview.
- Salary and Benefits: A monthly salary of Rs. 1,26,300 (taxes applicable as per rules) will be offered, along with a Dashain bonus equivalent to one month's salary. No other allowances will be provided. Additionally, employees are entitled to up to 12 days of annual leave.
