Since the following posts have to be filled for the national level NIC ASIA Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited licensed by Nepal Rastra Bank as ‘D’ category; Applications are invited from eligible Nepali citizens who have reached the qualification within 15 days from the date of publication of the notice by the central office of the financial institution or email address http://www.nicasialaghubitta.com/careers.

1) Head of Department - (Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager)

Required No.: Few
Location: Corporate Office, Banepa.
Eligibility: Must have graduated from a recognized institution.
Experience: At least 5 years work experience in national level microfinance or related field and at least 2 years work experience as department head or area manager.
Age: 30 years and not exceeding 45 years till the date of application.

2) Head of Province - (Assistant Manager)

Required No.: Few
Location: Bagmati Pradesh, Sitapaila, Kathmandu Office.
Eligibility: Must have graduated from a recognized institution.
Experience: At least 5 years experience in microfinance or related field and at least 2 years work experience as Area Manager or Head of Department.
Age: 25 years and not exceeding 45 years till the date of application.

3) Head of Sub-Province - (Officer / Senior Officer)

Required No.: Few
Location: Designated Sub-Province Head Offices across the country.
Eligibility: Must have graduated from a recognized institution.
Experience: At least 4 years experience in microfinance or related field, 1 year at the officer level, and at least 1-year experience as Area Manager.
Age: 21 years and not exceeding 40 years till the date of application.

4) Debt Collection Officer / Monitoring Officer - (Officer / Senior Officer)

Required No.: Few
Location: Designated state and sub-state offices across the country.
Eligibility: Must have graduated from a recognized institution.
Experience: At least 4 years experience in microfinance or related field and 1-year work at official level and at least 1-year work experience as Area Manager or Recovery or Monitoring Officer.
Age: 21 years and not exceeding 40 years till the date of application.

5) Chartered Accountant (CA Chartered Accountant-CA-Qualified or Semi-Qualified)

Required No.: Few
Location: Corporate Office, Banepa, and province Offices across the country.
Eligibility: Must have passed the Chartered Accountancy Examination from the National and International Institute of Chartered Accountants. Those who have passed the Semi-Qualified (CA) exam but have yet to pass can also apply.
Age: 21 years of age and not below 35 years of age by the date of application.

6) Management Trainee (MT)

Required No.: Few
Location: Province, Sub-Province, and Branch Offices across the country.
Eligibility: Must have passed Master level from a recognized institution.
Experience: Can apply even without experience.
Age: Completed 23 years of age till the date of application and not exceeding 30 years

7) Branch Manager (Senior Assistant / Supervisor)

Required No.: Few
Location: Branches across the country.
Eligibility: Passed proficiency certificate level from a recognized institution for the post of Senior Assistant / Supervisor.
Experience: Has been working in microfinance or related field for at least 3 years.
Age: 21 years of age and not below 35 years of age by the date of application.

8) Trainee Assistant (TA)

Required No.: Few
Location: Branches across the country.
Eligibility: Passed proficiency certificate level from a recognized institution.
Experience: Can apply even without experience (Freshers). Preference will be given to those who have motorcycles/scooters and licenses and locals.
Age: 18 years of age and not exceeding 35 years of age.

Note: Out of the duly received applications, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for the selection process. Placement of houses on a priority basis will be done in the places where there are branches. The final decision regarding staff selection will be made by the financial institution.
