Omstone Asia Capital Nepal Pvt Ltd is a hospitality properties developer in Nepal. The company is currently developing a 5 star resort property, DUSIT THANI HIMALAYAN RESORT at Namobuddha, Dhulikhel Ward no.11. Applications are invited from qualified Nepali or foreign nationalities for the following full-time position. The legendary Thai hospitality chain "Dusit Thani" shall brand and operate the 74- keys resort hotel.
GENERAL MANAGER
The General Manager is responsible for all aspects of operations at the hotel, including budgeting profit & loss responsibilities, guest services, and property management. Provide leadership and strategic planning to all departments in support of our service culture, maximized operations, and guest satisfaction.
Responsible for managing the Hotels management team (HOD's) and finance to deliver an excellent guest experience. A General Manager would also be required to manage profitability and guest satisfaction standards.
PREREQUISITES:
The ideal candidate is a seasoned and highly experienced hotel professional with outstanding. management skills, extensive hands-on experience in pre-opening and should be fluent in Thai and English language and available to work as the Resident General Manager.
EDUCATION:
Any university degree and excellent computer system skills.
EXPERIENCE:
At least 5 years of experience in the Thai-hospitality industry with experience in opening, managing, or pre-opening a hotel with a clear track record, with significant luxury and international experience as a General Manager.
