Patan Academy of Health Sciences Service Commission Promotion Advertisement Through Performance Evaluation
As per the approval received from the Public Service Commission, Patan Academy of Health Sciences (PAHS) has vacant posts under various services, groups, and sub-groups in Academic, Technical, and Administrative sectors. These posts must be filled through promotion based on performance evaluation.
Accordingly, employees currently working one level below and meeting the qualifications prescribed by the PAHS Regulations, and who have completed the minimum permanent service period in the relevant service group (at least 3 years for assistant level and at least 4 years for officer level), are invited to submit online applications.
The final date to submit applications is 2082/10/22, and applications can be submitted with double fee up to 2082/10/29. Applications not uploaded online within the deadline and applications not submitted as per procedure will not be processed. If any false details are found to have been mentioned or submitted, the candidate shall be personally responsible. Academic qualifications, council registration certificates, training, experience, service period, and publications obtained after 2082/10/22 will not be accepted.
Documents to Upload with the Online Application
Clear and readable scanned copies of the following documents must be uploaded online:

Recently taken passport-size photograph with both ears clearly visible

Nepali citizenship certificate (both sides clearly visible)

For the advertised post/level: transcripts and character certificates from SEE/SLC (or equivalent) and above

If studied at a foreign educational institution: equivalency certificate determined by Tribhuvan University must be submitted within the final deadline

For posts requiring council registration: certificate of registration in the relevant council

A verified recommendation letter from the concerned department/school chief certifying completion of permanent service period (4 years for officer level and 3 years for assistant level) as per PAHS rules

As per PAHS rules, performance evaluation (का.क्ष.मु.) details must have been submitted to the concerned office for the prescribed period

Digital copy of the candidate’s signature must be uploaded
