Raman Construction "A" Class construction company, urgently invites application from a potential Candidate for the International Level High Rise Building Project-Dharahara.

1. Project Manager - 1 Nos

  • Master's / BE Civil with 15 years of experience with having 10 years' expert experience on high rise building Construction / residential building Project as an Independent In-charge, in engineering & Construction company of International
  • Must have Knowledge in Piling work & at least double basement.
  • Must have sound knowledge of structural & geotechnical engineering.
  • Should have strong abilities in executive leadership, team leadership, and passion for a result.
  • Must have knowledge in construction planning, scheduling, and monitoring of construction projects.

2.  Sr. Civil Engineer: 8 Nos. 

  • Bachelor in engineering with having 10 years of experience in on high Rise building. 
  • Must have knowledge of structural & Geotechnical Engineering.

3. Quantity Surveyor: 2 Nos.

  • Bachelor in engineering in Quantity Surveyor with having similar 5 years of Experience in high rise building.

4. Administration/ Liaison Officer :1 Nos. 

  • Bachelor Degree in Management/ Public Administration Having 4/5 years' experience Admin Officer / Public Relation Officer.

5. Labor In charge: 2 Nos.

  • Bachelor degree in Management having 2/3 years' experience.

6. Operation In charge: 2 Nos. 

  • Mechanical Background at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.

7. Sr. Store Keeper: 1 Nos.

  • Bachelor degree in management having 5 years' experience in construction Sound knowledge of computer operation.

8. Mechanics: 20 Nos.

  • Completion of Vocational Training in the automobile field and have proven track record in repair maintenance of vehicles, Construction Equipment, and machinery.

9. JCB/Backhoe Operator, Excavator Operator, Light Drive, Heavy Driver (Mini Truck/ Tipper/ Twelve wheeler), Crane Operator.

Salary is Negotiable for all the position based on experience and qualification.
