As per the decision of the Board of Directors of Rastriya Banijya Bank, the following posts of contract service have to be filled. Application forms are invited from interested Nepali citizens who have the required minimum educational qualifications and experience and have not been found guilty.
Rastriya Banijya Bank (RBB) must fill in all the details to be filled in the application form as well as the certificate of educational qualification and experience and passport size photo for your Nepali citizenship and the applicant's post must be pasted in RBB's human resource department of this bank. It can also be submitted through [email protected].
No action will be taken on the application which is not completed, does not have the required minimum educational qualification and experience, and is received after the stipulated time. Also dismissed from the service of the Government of Nepal or any organization or bank / financial institution in the future disqualified, found guilty by the court on criminal charges of moral turpitude, disqualified from appointment to any post of the bank / financial institution as per the regulations and directives issued by Nepal Rastra Bank.
No action will be taken on the application of the specified person and the person who has been blacklisted without the credit of the bank / financial institution. If the application form is filled by mentioning false details, the applicant should be held responsible.

2) Required Minimum Qualification and Experience:
A) For Banking Software Implementation Project Manager
Qualification and Experience :
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information system or equivalent degree from a recognized university
- At least 10 years experience in Core banking product
- Must have hands-on experience in implementing core-banking product
- Hands-on experience in data migration and UAT
- Good knowledge of Retail/ Consumer banking
Additional Qualification and Experience
- Experience in the implementation of Core banking solutions is MUST.
- Industry-standard certifications like COBIT, ITIL is an added advantage
- Project Management Experience, PMP certification will be helpful
- End to end delivery, coordination with the client, vendors
- Manage stakeholder expectation, reporting, and risk management
- Understand client bank's requirement and map it to a vendor offering
B) For Business System Analyst
Qualification and Experience:
- Master's degree in computer science, information systems, business management, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 10+ years of Banking and IT System experience
Additoinal Information:
(3) Type of examination, posting, and service facilities:
A) Type of Examination: Action Plan, Presentation Examination, and Interview.
B) Posting: Central Office of the Bank.
C) Service facility: As prescribed by the bank and as per mutual agreement.
(4) Application Form Filling Period: From the date of publication of the notice (2078/02/31) to 21 days (2078/03/20).
(5) The application form can be obtained from the Human Resource Department of this Bank or by downloading from the Career Notice within the Notice of this Bank's website: www.rbb.com.np.
(6) Action plan, presentation test, and interview: The action plan should be submitted along with the application form. Presentation Examination and Interview will be held at the Bank's Central Office Building, Singha Durbar Plaza, Kathmandu.
(7) The relevant post is placed in the Career Notice within the Notice of TOR Bank's website: www.rbb.com.np.
(8) Only those issued till the last date of submission of application (2078/03/20) regarding educational qualification, experience, period of service, and other certificates will be recognized.
(9) The Bank shall have full authority to approve, reject and cancel the application.
