Rastriya Beema Company Vacancy (Open Competitive Examination)

Rastriya Beema Company Limited, Ramshah Path, Kathmandu, Nepal, invites applications from eligible Nepali citizens to fill the following vacant positions under its approved staffing plan.

This recruitment is conducted according to Regulation 6(1) of the Employee Service Conditions Regulations, 2074 (including the First Amendment 2078), and as agreed by the Public Service Commission (PSC).

Additional Guidelines

• Candidates qualifying in Assistant Manager (Level 6), Assistant "Ka" (Level 5), and Assistant "Kha" (Level 4) will be assigned branch offices based on final merit. They must serve there for a minimum of 5 years.

• A single application is sufficient for both open and inclusive categories.

• Separate fees apply for each inclusive group.

• The same exam will be conducted for open and inclusive groups.

Definition of Organized Institution

• Refers to institutions owned or controlled by the government, including companies, banks, committees, or organizations formed under federal law or by the Government of Nepal (e.g., authorities, boards, centers, councils).

Additional Documents for Inclusive Category Applicants

For Indigenous Nationalities

• Must belong to a group listed under the National Foundation for Development of Indigenous Nationalities Act

• Certification from the Chief District Officer is required if multiple surnames exist within a listed group.

For Dalits

• Must belong to a caste listed by the National Dalit Commission

• Certification from the Chief District Officer is required if multiple surnames exist within the listed caste

For Madhesi

• Proof from a designated institution recognized via notice in the Nepal Gazette

• If no institution is designated, certification from the Chief District Officer is required based on local authority recommendation.
