1. Position: Director of Advocacy, Campaigns, Communications and Media (ACCM)

Term & Location: Fixed term; based in Kathmandu, Country Office

Brief Description:

Responsible for leading and overseeing the policy advocacy, campaign and communications and media work of Save the Children in Nepal to catalyze lasting change in the lives of children. He/she is responsible for building the profile and capability of Save the Children to become the strongest and most influential voice for, and with children by bringing about changes in the policies, programs, systems and practices of duty bearers and stakeholders both in development and humanitarian settings, and by mobilizing massive public support and engaging constituents and advocates

Eligibility:

Master’s degree in the social sciences, public policy, governance, or relevant field with a minimum of 10 years of experience in development work with proven management skills in developing and implementing successful policy research, analysis, and
advocacy

2. Position: Digital Media Coordinator

Term & Location: Fixed term; based in Kathmandu, Country Office

Brief Description:

Take responsibility and ownership of Save the Children in Nepal online presence and brand, under the guidance of Communications and Behavior Change Manager. This will consist of managing social media accounts, updating and maintaining the organization website, creating and implementing a digital media strategy, reporting on the analytics of the organization's online platforms, and communicating with supporters/donors and other stakeholders through the organization's online channels

Eligibility:

Master’s degree in relevant subject with a minimum of 3 years (2 years for GSI group) of job experience in online media management

3. Position: Senior Project Coordinator- Integrated

Term & Location: Fixed term; based in Jajarkot, MFWFO

Brief Description:

Responsible for providing strategic, partnership and managerial leadership for Abasar-ll Project funded by Save the Children Italy. This position ensures multi-thematic integration of programs and multiple partnership (Government and PNGOs) of the Jajarkot project. The incumbent will ensure high quality and results oriented program plans and innovations including strong monitoring systems are developed and applied at all levels.

Eligibility:

Master’s degree in_ social development, agriculture, or other relevant disciplines with a minimum of 5 years (3 years for GSI group) of job experience in integrated project management and implementation and experience of working closely with the government will be an added advantage

*GSI group include Female, Dalits, Madhesi, People with Disabilities, and other indigenous/minorities.
