IEDI Subject Expert Requirement Notice

Industrial Enterprise Development Institute (IEDI) requires subject experts for a short period for the implementation of the Startup Enterprise Loan program being conducted in the current Fiscal Year 2082/83 (Startup Enterprise Loan Procedure 2082, including the first amendment).

As such, interested experts in the areas listed in the schedule below are requested to visit the Institute’s website https://iedi.gov.np and register their names in the roster within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of publication of this notice.

  1. Agriculture, forest and productive sector

  2. Information, technology and digital sector

  3. Infrastructure and transport sector

  4. Social service and tourism sector

  5. Traditional and local resources

Qualifications for Subject Experts

Persons wishing to work as subject experts must meet the following qualifications:

  • A postgraduate degree in a related field (industrial management, finance, engineering, information technology, agriculture, law, economics, business administration, etc.).

  • At least 7 years of research-based or practical experience in the relevant field.

  • Knowledge in innovation, management or entrepreneurship promotion, or project appraisal, or investment analysis and risk management.

  • Ability to carry out loan appraisal and loan risk analysis.

  • Expertise in new ideas, technologies and markets in the relevant field.

  • A situation in which there is no conflict of interest (Conflict of Interest).
