APPLICATION OPEN for Undergraduate Program
The School of Engineering, a constituent school of Pokhara University has opened the online application form from 2080/05/01 for fee-paying students (2023 intake) for the following programs as per the admission notice published on 8th August 2023. Information Regarding Entrance Examination:
- An online application form is available on https://entrance.pusoe.edu.np

- The Entrance Card can be printed by the applicant two (2) days before the entrance examination date.
- Applicants must bring an Entrance Card to the exam hall to appear in the examination.
Eligibility:
- Candidates should have passed the SLC (class 12) examination with the course combination of Mathematics (M), Physics (P), and Chemistry (C) from the National Examination Board or an equivalent
level from a recognized academic institution.
- For the aforementioned course combination, candidates must have achieved a minimum average of 45% or a CGPA of 2 (on a 4-point scale) and at least Grade C or 45% (average of theory and practical) in each of the subjects: Mathematics (M), Physics (P), and Chemistry (C).
- In the case of A-level examinations, a minimum of Grade D is required in each of the subjects (M, P, and C).
- The specified minimum Grade C requirement for SLC (class 12) or equivalent, and Grade D requirement for A-level do not apply to extra courses if taken.
- Candidates should have completed a minimum of 100 marks in mathematics in the SLC (class 12) examination of NEB or its equivalent level.
- Even candidates who have passed the SLC (class 12) or equivalent level with Non-Grades (NG) or those awaiting SLC (class 12) results or results of Grade improvement examinations can also apply for the entrance examination. However, such candidates must present their original passing certificates and transcripts during the admission process if they successfully pass the entrance exam.
Fee Structure:
The total fee (4 years) for BE-Civil, BE-Civil, and Rural is NRs. 6,23,000.00 and a security deposit of NRs. 20,000 (Refundable).
For BE-Computer, BE-Software, and BE-Electrical and Electronics NRs. 5,87,200.00 and a security deposit of NRs. 20,000 (Refundable).
