CTEVT Pre-Diploma Level Admission Open in Additional Academic Institution: Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT), Office of Control of Examinations (OCE) Sanothimi, Bhaktapur notice regarding applying for admission from the candidates who have passed the full fee for pre-diploma level programs and conducting the entrance exam for the academic semester 2079-080
According to the letter of Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT), Grading and Affiliation Division, for the academic semester 2079/080, the following programs of Pre-Diploma level have been conducted by the Examination Control Office in various quotas other than classified (free) scholarships in the educational institutions of the affiliation/approved list. As per notification published in Gorkhapatra National Daily and www.ctevtexam.org.np on various dates. Pre-diploma level entrance examination by selecting from among the candidates in the pass list (Alternative/Cut off/Pass list) of the same quota in the full-fee target category and full-fee open quota who participated in the entrance examination based on the merit order of the marks obtained in the entrance examination and if the seat is vacant. The sub-committee formed in the relevant educational institution according to Section 18 of the Guidelines for Operation, Scholarship Distribution, and Admission, 2079 shall use the work, duties, and rights according to Sections 19 and 20 to create question papers, conduct entrance exams, and publish the results.
Instructions regarding the admission process:
1) Candidates and applicants who are on the pass list should register the application by attaching a copy of the admission letter and the result sheet available at www.ctevtexam.org.np within the office hours of 2079-07-20 and those who wish to participate in the entrance examination within the same date. Applicants are informed to fill out the application form for the entrance exam.
2) No fee will be charged when the candidate submits the application to the concerned school. A copy of the admit card with the photo of the candidate, a printout of the result in the pass list of the candidate published on the website, a copy of the educational qualification of SEE or SLC or Technical SLC (TSLC), and the candidate's application should be registered in the original registration book of the school based on the candidate's application. No action will be taken on the application of the candidates whose application is not registered within the specified time.
3) Rs.500 per candidate for those who have submitted the entrance exam application form. According to Section 28 of the Guideline for Pre-Diploma Level Entrance Examination, Scholarship Distribution and Admission, 2079, the concerned educational institution shall deposit a total amount in the account of the concerned Council, Provincial Office, and take a receipt.
4) In the case of classified (free) scholarship quota, the relevant provincial office of the council will select and recommend the main examinee from among the candidates of the target category of the pre-diploma level curriculum taken on 2079-05-18 for the academic semester 2079-080 and send it as the main examinee.

Note: For the first time in academic session 2079/080, the schools filling the application form to run the PIE program approved by the council can get a username and password by sending the official letter of the office to [email protected] to fill the application form in ITMS. The principal's name, mobile number, and email must be mentioned in the said letter.
