School of Health Science Opens Online Applications for Diploma/Certificate Level Admission
The School of Health Science, Bharatpur, Chitwan, a constituent institute of the Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT), has issued a notice to fill out online application forms for the admission process in diploma and certificate level programs for the academic session 2083/084. According to the notice, applications can be submitted for the programs and quotas mentioned below. The application form fee has been fixed at Rs. 1,000.00, or one thousand rupees only. The fee for the online application must be paid at the time of filling out the form using Connect IPS or Khalti Digital Wallet.
Online Application Deadline and Process
The last date to submit the online application form is 11:59 PM on 2083/02/13.
The online application form is available through ITMS Online at www.ctevtexam.org.np. Applicants must create a username and password, log in, fill out the given options, and select the name of this institution. After that, they must select one quota from any one of the programs mentioned above and submit the form.
Eligibility Criteria
For Examinations Before the Letter Grading System
Applicants must have passed the SLC or equivalent examination from a recognized educational institution with compulsory Mathematics, English, and Science, or must have passed the relevant Technical SLC/Pre-Diploma level program conducted by the Council with 68.33 percent marks of the total full marks.
For Examinations After the Letter Grading System
Applicants must have taken compulsory English and Science in the entrance or SEE examination from a recognized educational institution and secured a minimum GPA of 2.0 out of 4.0 overall, or equivalent. Alternatively, they must have passed the relevant Technical SLC/Pre-Diploma level program of the Council with 68.33 percent marks of the total full marks.
Selection Process
According to the selection process, the merit list of candidates with the highest marks will be determined by adding the marks calculated on the basis of the average Grade Point Average (GPA) obtained in the SEE examination and the additional weightage marks.
Candidates who passed SEE or SLC from government or community schools will receive 1 additional weightage mark, while candidates who passed from institutional schools will receive 0.85 additional weightage mark.
The notice states that the further admission process will be carried out as per the Entrance Process, Admission, and Registration Work Operation Guidelines 2083 and the Admission Guidelines 2082.
Required Documents
Applicants must submit the following documents:
SEE/SLC, TSLC, or equivalent educational qualification: Scanned copy from the original mark sheet and character certificate.
Photograph: Recently taken passport-size color photograph, 35x45 mm, with a clear face.
Citizenship or Birth Registration: Scanned copy from the original citizenship certificate, or birth registration certificate in the case of minors.
Equivalence Certificate: In the case of applicants who passed SLC or an equivalent examination from a country other than Nepal, a scanned copy from the original equivalence certificate determined by the body prescribed by the Government of Nepal.
Targeted Group Documents: Applicants applying under the full-fee targeted group quota must submit a scanned copy from the original document showing the targeted group to which they belong, as per the Admission Guidelines 2082.
