Admission Guidelines

Bluebird College offers courses in Science, Management, Law, and Humanities in its +2 program. The admission guidelines for each stream are as follows:

Science: Students applying for the Science stream must have scored at least C+ in Mathematics, Science, and English in their SEE (Secondary Education Examination) or its equivalent examination. Additionally, they must have obtained a minimum of 50% marks in the entrance test conducted by Bluebird College.

Management: For admission to the Management stream, students must have scored at least D+ in English, Mathematics, and Accountancy/Computer Science in their SEE or its equivalent examination. Moreover, they must have obtained a minimum of 40% marks in the entrance test conducted by Bluebird College.

Humanities: For admission to the Humanities stream, students must have scored at least D+ in English and Social Studies in their SEE or its equivalent examination. Additionally, they must have obtained a minimum of 40% marks in the entrance test conducted by Bluebird College.

Note: Bluebird College reserves the right to change the admission criteria without any prior notice. Students are advised to check the school's website or contact the school's admission office for the latest updates regarding the admission process.

Students need to sit for an entrance test which is based on different subjects depending on the chosen stream. For Science, the test will be based on English, Mathematics, Science and G.K/IQ. For Management, the test will be based on English, Mathematics, Accountancy/Computer Science and G.K/IQ. For Humanities, the test will be based on English, Social Studies and G.K/IQ.

Students who have scored the required marks in the SEE or equivalent exams can fill up the admission form and sit for the entrance test. Eligible students who pass the entrance test have to attend an interview with their parents before enrollment. They need to submit a copy of Character/Transfer Certificate, SEE Grade Sheet or equivalent documents, and two passport-sized photos within 3 days of enrollment. It is important to note that the management will not accept admissions once all seats are occupied, even if students meet the eligibility criteria.

For admission in BBS, students need to secure a minimum of 45% aggregate marks in their +2 or equivalent in any academic stream. Students must fill out the application form with all necessary certificates and testimonials and sit for an interview with the college authority.

Scholarship Information: 

Bluebird provides scholarships to academically sound, deserving and needy students who meet the prescribed criteria. Scholarships are provided based on the NEB or equivalent exams grade/percentage, entrance examination performance, physically challenged/marginalized/underprivileged/ethnic/indigenous background (DOE recommendations required), national/international recognition in any field and special recommendations made by local community, school, DEO, DOE, MOE, and other related authorities. However, students need to pass all exams of each term to retain their scholarship privileges. If they fail in any subject, they will forfeit their scholarship for the term but can regain it if they pass all subjects in the following term.
