Dhulabari Campus, established in 1992 (2048 BS), is a local learning space shaped by the people of Mechinagar-1, Jhapa. Built by the community for the community, it has grown into a trusted center for higher education.
The campus offers both university-level and technical programs through affiliations with Tribhuvan University (TU), Purbanchal University (PU), and the Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT), Nepal.
A standout milestone was its recognition as the first community-run campus in Nepal to receive approval to run a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, marking a turning point for students in Eastern Nepal.
