Gurbhakot Multiple Campus is a community-owned public campus located in Sahare, Surkhet, Karnali Province, Nepal. The campus was established in 2011 AD / 2068 BS to support access to higher education in the eastern part of Surkhet and nearby areas. Institutional Background

Gurbhakot Multiple Campus was established through local community initiative. The campus development process began after a local general meeting decision in Falgun 2067 BS, with involvement from local political parties, intellectuals, farmers, women, and the wider public of the area.

The Executive Council of Tribhuvan University approved affiliation for B.Ed. programs, and the campus later received affiliation from the Dean’s Office of the Faculty of Education for M.Ed. programs in Nepali Education and Educational Planning and Management from Academic Year 2079/080.
