Madi Campus was established in 2053 BS (1996 AD) as a community-based institution in Basantapur, Madi, Chitwan. It began with the PCL in Education program as an extension program of Saptagandaki Multiple Campus, Bharatpur, Chitwan, starting in 2053 BS and running up to 2057 BS.

The campus expanded its academic offerings over time. It received +2 program affiliation from the Higher Secondary Education Board in 2058 BS.
